Kristen Soltis Anderson is the author of The Selfie Vote: Where Millennials Are Leading America (And How Republicans Can Keep Up).
Anderson is one of the Republican Party's leading experts on voter behavior, polling, and emerging voter groups. She has authored numerous major studies and has been at the forefront of research into the youth vote and the millennial generation. She has been a Resident Fellow at Harvard's Institute of Politics and was named one of TIME's "30 under 30 Changing The World."
With over a decade of experience as a pollster and messaging strategist, Anderson is co-founder of Echelon Insights, an opinion research and data analytics firm that provides polling, modeling, and social media listening to clients and campaigns. She previously served as the Vice President at The Winston Group, a DC-based polling firm.
Anderson writes columns for The Daily Beast and regularly appears on programs such as ABC's This Week with George Stephanopolous and HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher. She currently co-hosts the podcast The Pollsters, a weekly show about research, politics, and culture.
Originally from Orlando, Anderson is a graduate of the University of Florida and of Johns Hopkins University. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband Chris.
